FIYA is a fitness-related app that enables users to:

 

•           Enter personal information such as name, email, weight, height, etc., during sign-up.

•           Upload images for fitness progress tracking.

•           Subscribe to premium features via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

Your data will be used solely for the intended functionality of the App and will not be shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

3. User Responsibilities

 

When using FIYA, you agree:

 

•           Not to share offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

•           To keep your login credentials confidential.

•           To ensure that any uploaded images or data comply with the App’s purpose and these Terms.

 

4. Subscriptions and Payments

 

•           FIYA offers subscription-based services that are billed through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

•           Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

•           You may cancel your subscription anytime via your app store account settings.

 

5. Account Deletion

 

You may delete your account at any time, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers. To delete your account, follow the instructions provided in the App or contact support.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content, designs, logos, and features within the App are the property of FIYA and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

FIYA provides fitness-related content for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Use the App at your own risk. FIYA is not liable for:

 

•      Personal injuries or damages arising from your use of the App.

•      Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard login credentials.

 

8. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.

 

9. Modifications

 

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
